morning routines 🤍☕️ As you know we LOVE starting our day with a pot of coffee, and recently found a new addition to our morning coffee routine, @ryzesuperfoods 💫 @ryzesuperfoods combines coffee and adaptogens (mushrooms) into a powerful blend made to boost immunity, promote gut health, provide nutrients and vitamins, and reduce stress and anxiety. Missing these beautiful days near the ocean 💔 but times like this remind me to NEVER take anything for granted again, especially the small moments. It also encourages me to try my hardest to practice appreciation, show love, spread positivity, and find contentment in light of current events. It’s funny how we often overlook how beautiful and meaningful daily life can be when our situation changes. What are you guys most looking forward to? 🥰 Also, PLEASE stay safe and STAY HOME!!!! I cannot stress this enough. The only way we will beat this virus and save lives is by self quarantine to slow the spread. I know it’s hard- I want to see my friends, family, and get outside again so badly but I promise to do my part and make sure we get there 💜 so stay positive, be kind, considerate, clean, and find something you can do at home to get some fresh air, even if that means a little walk around your place, a workout on the balcony, open a window, or lay in the sun. Cinnamon + vanilla oats 💫💫 SOOO delicious that we had to share the recipe with you guys 🥰 it’s simple, healthy, and while you’re staying at home, we def suggest you give this a try! In our oats: - 1/2 cup oatmeal - 1-2 cup water or nut milk - 2 tsp @lairdsuperfood vanilla (sub vanilla extract or protein powder) - loadssss of cinnamon On top: blackberries (high in antioxidants), banana (great for fiber), peanut butter (protein and YUM 😋) and hemp seeds (essential fatty acids and more protein)
