Good morning guys, happy Sunday and happy first Sunday of Advent!!🥰🌟 Wow, can‘t believe that next week it‘s December...where did the time go?!😳 ~ I have shown you my new favourite breakfast before and I do it again now bc it’s so good🤤 It is healthy, takes no more than 5min to make and gives you such a lovely start into your day! ~ What you need: * 3-4 tbsp of unsweetened coconut yoghurt * 1 scoop (~20g) of collagen protein (or protein of choice) * 1 tsp MCT-oil (this is optional) * 2 tbsp hempseeds * half an apple * good hand full of blueberries * walnuts, a little crushed * goji berries * a little bit of honey ~ Directions: 1. put the coconut yoghurt into your favourite bowl. 2. add the protein, hempseeds and the MCT-oil and stirr well until comined. 3. cut your apple into small pieces and add it to your bowl. Happy Monday everyone!🌞 I feel so weird for eating a cold smoothie bowl for breakfast while all my neighbours and I aswell of course put up all the xmas lights😂🌟 ~ This recipe takes no more than 5min and this breakfast gives you such a good start into your brilliant day🌞 ~ What you need: •frozen mixed berries (portion depends on your hunger ;) •100-150ml (I don‘t mesure) unsweetened coconut milk (I use thai kitchen) •4 slices of frozen zucchini •1tsp hemp seeds •a splash of warm water •1 scoop (15-20g) of collagen protein •1tsp cacao powder •pinch of salt and cinnamon ~ Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 🕷🎃HAPPY HALLOWEEN🎃🕷 ~ I started this very foggy day with a warming and creamy porrdige from @momaswitzerland ~ I used their coconut & chia porridge sachet which is gluten free, dairy free, high in fibre and vegan. Happy Sunday!🥰 The weekend is finally here. That means I have to study harder than the entire week to be up to date...😅 ~ Today I treated myself with a warm and creamy porridge🤤 This was sooo good, I‘m still drooling over here. ~ What you need: ~ •2-3tbsp gf oats •2tsp hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpking seeds •1scoop protein of chioce (I used collagen) •2tbsp coconut shredds •1tsp sweetener (I used date sirup) •vanilla and cinnamon •coconut milk and water ~ Combine everything in a pot, stir well and let it cook until it has a creamy consistency. Lower the heat, let it soak for a bit and then add another splash of cocnuz milk, stirr and serve with your toppings of choice. Happy Monday guys!🥰 I hope you have a great start into the new week! ~ On the weekend I went away and got some fresh mountain air hehe🏔and of course I had yummy food there. Still adapting to my new „food-allergies“ I am trying so many new ways of my usual recipes. ~ This one is a bit of a modified coconut porridge recipe. It is easy and creamy and also contains zucchetti which I really love, get your greens ya know😛 ~ You need: - gf oats, as much as you crave - 1 small zucchini, thinly grated - a protein of choice, I used collagen protein - 1-2tsp sweetener of choice, I used date sirup - grated coconut 2-3tbs - cinnamon and vanilla - pinch of salt - water to cover everything - coconut milk (thaikitchen) until it is creamy enough for you ~ Directions: Take pot and add the everything but the water and coconut milk. Stirr your ingredients together until everything is comined. Cover eveything with water and start cooking it, don‘t forget to stirr. When it is soaked in a bit, add the coconutmilk and lower the heat, still stirring. When your porridge has reached your fav consistency, serve in a bowl. Happy Friday everyone!😊 It‘s been a while... I know🥺 I had so many uni courses I barely even ate breakfast anymore, sad right? ~ Also I recently discovered by a blood test that my body doesn‘t „like“ certain foods I could eat all day long. Just to name a few: Eggs😒, Tomatos😫, flaxseeds😖, chiaseeds😤 Cashews😣, Almonds (almondbutter)🤯😳 So that‘s a change for me... I had to reinvent my favourit recipes and meals... I had to try new nut or seed butters, tried different plant milks etc. Was not fun at all... Happy Thursday everyone!🥰 It is week 2 of university and I am already stressed out again haha🤯 so many things to doooo.... The most important thing for me during stressful times is a nice breakfast that boosts my energy and keeps me full for a while. ~ I love to make myself the coconut & chia porridge from @momaswitzerland ♥️ #gifted . I really like that it contains british jumbo oats😍. The porridge is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free vegan and high in fibre (keeps you full longer) 💁🏼‍♀️ The porridge is so easy and quick to make, which is perfect for busy mornings.
