Oat Strawberry Flakes🍓 ---- Click on bio for delicious break meals🔝🔝 ---- Not everything has to be complicated in order to be delicious. Sometimes the simplest things, like this bowl of oats, can be both comforting and satisfying 😉. Here's how I made them - in a large jar I added 65 g of fine oat flakes and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. I like to have something crunchy in my oats so, for that I added some chopped walnuts (about a tablespoon or so). To my jar I then added 190 ml almond milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a little bit of vanilla extract. I mixed everything well, I placed the jar in the fridge and I went to bed wishing it was already morning so I could dig into my oatmeal 😋. I had a good night sleep tough, then I was finally able to enjoy my breakfast 🙆🏼‍♀️. I transferred my oats into a nice bowl, I topped them with fresh raspberries and strawberries, pomegranate, a fig, some dark chocolate chunks and puffed quinoa, I snapped a photo and then I was able to enjoy this delicious, simple breakfast 😊. Zrobiłam porządek w mojej ulubionej szafce. To produkty, których używam w kuchni najczęściej. Nie trzeba mieć wiele superfoods i drogich składników, żeby jeść zdrowo. Płatki owsiane, kasza jaglana, gryczana, siemię lniane, słonecznik to jedne z tańszych produktów w sklepach. Zbilansowana dieta to różnorodność składników. Czasem do owsianki dorzucam mak, czasem nasiona konopi, innym razem orzechy. Lubię mieć w domu kakao, także to kruszone, które dobrze sprawdza się teraz w lodach bananowych, nasiona chia, pestki dyni. I płatki drożdżowe, które podkręcają smak sosów i zup. Konieczne są też strączki- najczęściej gotuję ciecierzycę, groch, soczewicę i fasolę. Get pumped up for fall with our protein-packed Pumpkin Soup!🍂🎃 Ingredients: 2 tbsp Muscle Power mix 1 small pumpkin, diced 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, diced 1 garlic clove, minced 1 can coconut milk 2 cups vegetable broth 1-inch ginger root salt and pepper, to taste Directions: 1. Heat the oil in a large pot, then add the onions and garlic and sauté . 2. Add the pumpkin, coconut milk, and broth. 3. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until pumpkin is fork-tender. 4. Transfer to a high-speed blender, add the ginger and Muscle Power mix and blend until smooth. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Pour into bowls and enjoy.

I promised myself that I would try to incorporate more super foods in my diet because they have so many health benefits, so I'm SO glad @yoursuperfoods exists because they make it so easy and more importantly, yummy! I just add a teaspoon of the superfood mix to any smoothie or bowl and it's the yummiest and healthiest snack! At this point, I can't pick which mix I love more because they're all so yummy, but I do love that the energy bomb has helped me cut down on my coffee intake!
