Brownie Banana Bread - vegan/gf, 113 cal per slice, low sugar 👌 Brownies for Breakfast all week anyone? By @plentysweet200 . Follow us @vegspirationfeed for Daily vegan recipes . - 1 flax egg (or regular egg beaten) - 1 ripe banana mashed (about 120 g) - 2 tbsp maple syrup (42 g) - 2 tbsp milk (30 g - I use almond) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 cup flour (60 g) - 1/2 cup almond flour (56 g - sub another 1/2 cup flour but also add 1 tbsp oil for richness and do not overmix!) - 1/4 cup cocoa powder sifted (24 g) - 1 tsp baking powder - Pinch salt - Sprinkle of 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips (7 g) - Raspberries (optional) . . . Makes 8 slices in one junior loaf pan, double the recipe for regular loaf 1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease your pan. 2. Mix all except chocolate and raspberries (if you’re using non-gf flour, combine wet and dry separately, then combine the two but avoid overmixing). 3. Transfer to loaf pan and sprinkle chocolate (if using raspberries, we’re raspberry obsessed lately). 4. Bake 40 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. 5. Cool completely and slice. 6. Pear and Oat breakfast muffins 🍐 A super quick recipe for my favourite grab and go breakfast. I normally make these with apples and cinnamon but had some juicy conference pears left over from the weekend. INGREDIENTS: *250g rolled oats *100g coconut sugar *1 tsp baking powder *80g coconut oil *2 pears finely chopped *50ml almond milk *2 eggs *Handful of flaked almonds METHOD: 1.Pre heat the oven to 180°c. Blend the rolled oats to create a finer texture. 2.Melt the coconut oil and in a large bowl add all the ingredients (except the almonds). Mix until well combined. 3.In a muffin tin divide the batter into 12 paper cupcake cases or silicone reusable cases. Lemon & dill risotto with roasted cabbage 🍋🌿 Are you a risotto lover? It’s supposed to be button mushrooms in this too but since my kids didn’t want it (read like it that much) I just skipped it. I’m frankly just happy that my children eats this (even if the youngest who’s 10 years old sometimes complains 😉). Asiatisk/thailändsk vegoköttfärsås med glasnudlar ✨ Sist jag lade upp asiatisk köttfärsås/kycklingfärssås var det många av er som bad om recept. Här kommer det! (som vanligt är måtten ungefärliga 😋) . Asiatisk kycklingfärssås (2 portioner) 50 g glasnudlar 250 g quornfärs, kycklingfärs eller annat alternativ 400 ml kokosmjölk (två små tetrapack) 1 salladslök 2 nävar babyspenat (eller annan grönsak) 3 cm ingefära 2 vitlöksklyftor ½ röd chili 1-2 msk röd curry-pasta Ca 1 tsk sesamolja 1 msk limesaft Fisksås (smaka av) Koriander och ev färsk chili till servering . Gör såhär: Koka glasnudlar enl anvisning. Bryn färsen. Finhacka vitlök, salladslök, ingefära och chili. Uteslut chilin om du vill göra rätten mildare. Stek tillsammans med kycklingfärsen när den är klar. Lägg i currypastan och låt den steka med en stund. Addera kokosmjölken och låt sjuda några minuter. Smaka av med fisksås, sesamolja och lime. Avsluta med babyspenaten. 🍑GÂTEAU DE SEMOULE AUX PÊCHES🍑 . Aujourd'hui j'ai testé le gâteau de semoule, c'était une première pour moi. Je ne pense jamais à utiliser de la semoule pour les recettes sucrées. Mais finalement ce n'est pas trop mal ! J'en ferai plus régulièrement, ça permet de varier un peu 😉 . Pour un petit gâteau de 4 personnes : 🌱50 cl de lait 🌱60 g de semoule fine 🌱2 œufs 🌱250 g de pêche au sirop égouttés 🌱1 càs d'arôme de vanille 🌱50 g de sucre (personnellement je n'en ai pas mis et c'était quand même très bon 🤭) . -Faire bouillir le lait avec l'arôme de vanille. -Versez la semoule dans le lait, remuez régulièrement jusqu'à complète absorption du lait. Cuire à couvert. -Si vous choisissez l'option avec sucre, ajoutez le à ce moment-là. -Ajoutez les œufs, bien mélanger. -Ajouter les pêches coupées en morceaux. -Versez dans un plat. -Cuire à 180 °C pendant 30 minutes. Vous pouvez maintenant le laisser refroidir et le déguster bien frais 🤩 . J'espère que ce petit gâteau vous plaira ! .
