I’ve loved hearing how many of you have enjoyed it 🥺🥰 - I definitely think that this one, alongside the pumpkin bread - are some of my favourites! 🍌 🍌 Just a few bakers tips of banana breads: • bananas vary in size so always remember you may need to adjust flour/liquid quantities to reach your desired batter • some people like denser ‘fudgy’ loaves, others like it dry so bake in the oven for longer or shorter depending on this • don’t be scared to get experimental! Add in chopped nuts or chocolate for extra crunch and yumminess 😋

Dalgona Chaga Coffee with Golden Strawberry Shake. 🌸 by @vanelja ✨ Dalgona Chaga Coffee 2 tbsp instant chaga coffee 2 tbsp xylitol or coconut sugar 2 tbsp boiling hot water Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whip with a hand mixer for about 2-3 mins until fluffy and holds stiff peaks. Spoon dollops of whipped coffee on top of your drink, such as strawberry milkshake. Strawberry Shake 1 can full fat coconut milk, cooled 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen 1 ripe banana 1 tsp vanilla extract + optional: 1/2 tsp turmeric & couple of grinds black pepper Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Lentil potato & carrot patties 🌱Protein and veggie loaded! By @cookingforpeanuts (makes about 14) Simmer 1 cup rinsed red lentils in 3-1/2 to 4 cups water (or according to packet directions) until just cooked (10-15 minutes). Drain well to remove excess water. ✅Meanwhile, peel and grate 2 medium potatoes. Use hands to squeeze out as much water as possible from grated potatoes. ✅Grate 2 medium carrots. Use hands to squeeze out as much water as possible from grated carrots. ✅In a large bowl, combine cooked drained red lentils, grated potatoes, grated carrots, 1 small diced yellow or red onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1-3/4 tsp ground coriander, 2 tsp ground cumin, salt to taste. ✅Mix with hands to incorporate. ✅Add 3/4 cup whole-wheat or all-purpose or gluten-free flour and use hands to mix. If mixture is still very moist, add more flour, but no more than 1 cup flour total. ✅Use hands to form patties. ✅Either pan fry in a non-stick skillet with a little olive oil or bake on non-stick baking sheet at 375F until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes), flipping half way. Good with spicy sauce! YOGI BOWL 🧘🏼‍♀️✨ a staple snack that’s packed full of micronutrients + a great balance of macronutrients, satisfying and absolutely delicious 🙌🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When it comes to yoghurt, I love them THICK like a Greek style yoghurt. So I thought I’d share with you 3 top tips to naturally thicken your yoghurt for an even better yogi bowl🤩⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣Add 1 tbsp flaxmeal. Stir well and allow to sit for 5 minutes for a super thick yoghurt. Also adds extra dietary fibre, omega 3s and protein!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣Add 1-2 tbsp protein powder. Again, stir well and you’ll get a much thicker and higher protein yoghurt.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3️⃣Strain it overnight! Place yoghurt in a cheese cloth/muslin cloth and hang it over a bowl so it just doesn’t touch and the excess water can drip off. What’s left behind is extra thick yoghurt!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In my bowl👉🏼👉🏼 my fave flavour @alpro Strawberry Almond yoghurt (mixed with flaxmeal to thicken!), banana + homemade granola clusters💛
