“Can you really see yourself training for rest of your life?” 🤔🤔🤔 . I get asked this question ALL THE TIME! I’ve been doing this for over 5 years and I honestly love what I do and am so passionate about it. This is what I feel I was put on this earth to do - to guide people to health and to help them feel confident in their skin and with who they are. While some may say I’m “too involved” with my clients, I don’t believe I am. I want what is best for them and invest much of my time and energy in to my clients because that is what truly makes me happy. Seeing each individual person transform and grow stronger mentally and physically is one of my favorite things about my job. To see clients overcome anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and many other health complications... I can’t even explain what that feels like.😭❤️ So to answer that question... Did everyone have a great Monday?! I know I did! The color purple is often associated with royalty, nobility, luxury, power, and ambition. Purple also represents meanings of wealth, creativity, wisdom, dignity, grandeur, devotion, peace, pride, mystery, independence, and magic! 🤯 How cool is that?!!

Healthy Eating on A Budget!⁣ ⁣ Healthy food can be expensive, so it can be hard to always wat right if you are on a budget. I know that now you might be stocking up on essential items to avoid going out often, but even still there are plenty of ways to slowly introduce healthier options into your diet. ⁣ ⁣ Sitting this morning drinking a healthy meal shake by Herbalife, which has been my breakfast for 3 years now. I am not worried during times. My meal is basically $3 a shake. I get it shipped right to my door. They also have the vitamins and minerals my body needs daily and 1-year shelf life they are opened. ⁣ ⁣ So, with most restaurants closed or limiting to carry out only, it’s forcing most of us to cook and have our meals at home. Use this time to really explore different foods, try new ways of eating and impress your family! You can generally feed more people buying groceries and cooking at home than ordering take out, which can save you some money for your next meal also. ⁣Walking into Week 4 of Quarantine...⠀ ⠀ Focus is really hard right now ⠀ ⠀ Some days feel more organized than others⠀ ⠀ Initially in the morning it feels like there is so much time in the day, but night time comes fast and so does a yummy glass of wine. ⠀ ⠀ I’m talking to...⠀ ⠀ Those of you who are doubling down with keeping their business afloat while keeping your household on task. ⠀ ⠀ My mommas who are trying their best with homeschooling right now and want that to feel like their one victory for the day, on top of caring for themselves. ⠀ Anyone who has made the shift from working in an office to the unfamiliar of working from home. 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️⠀ ⠀ Those of you who feel like they have lost direction and need some daily structure. ⠀ ⠀ Right now breaking things down into smaller tasks and batching time might make your day feel a little less chaotic. ⠀ ⠀ Here is what I am going to try this next week and I encourage you to give it a go...⠀ ⠀ 1️⃣Write down 5 daily tasks in order of importance.⠀ 2️⃣Have these written down first thing in the morning or the night before⠀ 3️⃣Block off specific time during the day for tasks that require peak performance⠀ 4️⃣Have a clear start and stop time⠀ 5️⃣Have these goals be visually available! Planner or post it on your mirror⠀ 6️⃣Give yourself some grace! ⠀ ⠀ We are all going to get to the end of the day and feel like it was either a WIN or a big fat LOSS. That’s fine, look over your whole week and notice how many wins you had, and learn from your losses. ⠀ ⠀ All we can do is be better each day, especially through this quarantine process. ⠀ ⠀ I’d love to hear what is helping you stay on task? ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
