great news....looks like my lifelong compulsive alarm setting has paid off in a twisted way because now i just naturally wake up at the crack of dawn. yay..............😶😂 more time for these Vanilla Strawberry Pancakes ⚡️ batter is sugar-free because you should add as much or as little maple syrup as you’d like because this is your life. keto-friendly and gluten-free if that’s important to you, and even if it’s not, welcome to breakfast. recipe below! happy saturday Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour 2 eggs 1/4 cup almond milk 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 cup strawberries, thinly sliced Cinnamon Directions: Whisk together flours, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl beat eggs, then add vanilla and almond milk. Combine wet & dry ingredients. Spoon 3 TBSP amounts onto a hot, greased skillet. Add a few sliced strawberries to the tops of the pancakes before you flip. Makes about 5-6 medium sized pancakes. Top with remaining strawberries, maple syrup, fruit, coconut, nuts, etc. if desired.

Chocolate buckwheat pancakes by @thrivingonplants - - - Follow @vegan.goodie for more!! - - - INGREDIENTS: • 1 cup soy milk • 3/4 cup buckwheat flour • 1/4 cup cocoa powder • 2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp ground flax seeds • 1 tsp acv • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tbsp maple syrup • pinch of salt INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a bowl whisk together 1 cup of soy milk, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp maple syrup. 2. In a separate bowl, add 3/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds & a pinch of salt and combine. 3. Add wet mix into the bowl with the dry mixture & stir until you reach a smooth batter. 4. Preheat a non-stick fry pan on medium heat, pour around 1/4 cup batter in to form each pancake and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes. 5. Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy immediately!
