REMINDER - loose skin is normal💃🏼 . . . Stretch marks are normal Blemishes are normal Jiggling (sp?😂) is normal Cellulite is normal Bad hair days are normal Bad days are normal . . . ⚠️ It. Is. Perfectly posed, air-brushed, flawless, killin the game, always happy happy happy - that ain’t normal, y’all😂 One positive to come from this pandemic is it has truly humanized people, but it is still easy to put on a brave face for the gram. You have to remember social media is a highlight reel. We show what we want people to see. There’s a whole life happening behind it and I can promise it’s not always so ~*pretty*~ . . . I get asked all the time about how I got rid of my loose skin and it is always always a reminder to pull this picture out. I carried two babies, lost and gained 100 pounds within a 5 year period, and lived a lot of life in 30 years - my body is a sign of that!! I didn’t get rid of my loose skin, I got myself a pair of high waisted pants (shout-out to @lululemon )😅 All of those normal things are a sign you’ve lived some life and you’re still living life and what an absolute blessing THAT is. . . . Ladies, I want to urge you to not to compare yourself to the babe standing next to you or on your timeline. Don’t go through life trying to meet an unrealistic standard. It’s okay to want to make changes and feel better, but you have to remember you are on YOUR own journey - not anyone else’s. Be realistic about your goals and what you want for yourself. And don’t be so dang hard on yourself. . . . It’s easier said that done and I just want to remind you - You are not flawed. You are not less than. You are enough. Just the way you are. And I for one wouldn’t want you to be anyone else. ❤️❤️ . . .

𝑉𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑒 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑡 🤔 Régulièrement en commentaire, message privé, sondage ... On me demande comment je fais pour avoir le ventre plat ? La réponse en image 🙈 Même si j’accentue avec la position, ce n’est pas forcément facile d’exposer ce genre de photo car la plupart des comptes que l’on voit sur insta ne révèle pas forcément la réalité .. I’m not one to get sick often but I forgot how much of a baby I am when I do.😂Today was my FIRST workout in 6 days and it was a rough one to say the least. My body is still weak but we gotter done!! - Not gonna lie, I thought the rona got me but luckily it was just a really nasty cold. Thank you Jesus for helping me fight it off because I couldn’t have stayed sick or in quarantine any longer.
