Who's looking for a quick and healthy weeknight dinner option? 🙋‍♀️ Topped with a tangy and sweet Manuka Honey Garlic Sauce, this vibrant plate of shrimp, brown rice, and roasted veggies packs a powerful nutrient-dense punch! 🍯🍤 You can use the Manuka Honey sauce as a marinade or a dressing - it's especially delicious with Asian-inspired cuisine! Dinner is served! Ingredients: -1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined -1 tbsp olive oil Manuka Honey Garlic Sauce: -1/4 cup soy sauce -1/4 cup Wedderspoon Honey -3-4 cloves minced garlic -1 tbsp cornstarch -optional: 1/2 tsp fresh or ground ginger Directions: Mix honey garlic sauce together in a medium bowl and add in shrimp to marinate for 15 minutes. You can also marinate it overnight in your fridge if desired! Preheat pan to low-medium heat with olive oil and add in all of shrimp with 1/2 portion sauce. Slowly add in the rest of sauce as shrimp is cooking. It should cook quickly, about 5 minutes. Healthy dip in 15 minutes! ⁠ Perfect with crackers , bread 🥖, and veggies 🥒🌽⁠ ⁠ Edamame has fewer calories and more protein, vitamins and minerals than normal soybeans, making it a very healthy and delicious addition to anything.⁠ ⁠ 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗜𝗣𝗘⁠ 📖⁠ 👩‍🍳Prep Time: 15 mins⁠ ⏱Cook Time: 0 mins⁠ 🍴Yield: 1 large container⁠ ⁠ 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 🥚🧈⁠ - 1 1/2 cups shelled edamame⁠ - 1/3 cup water⁠ - 1/3 cup tahini⁠ - 2 tbsp olive oil⁠ - 1 tsp sesame oil⁠ - Juice of 1 lemon⁠ - 2 garlic cloves⁠ - 1/2 tsp cumin⁠ - 1 tsp salt⁠ - 1/2 tsp pepper⁠ - 1 big handful cilantro⁠ ⁠ 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦⁠ 📝⁠ ❶ If you are using frozen edamame, boil them in a medium pot for 3-4 minutes.
