It's delicious over warm or cold pasta...we are picturing this at summer picnics in the park, yum! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Kale pesto: - 3 cups green kale - 1/2 cup of parsley - 1/2 cup of basil - 1/4 cup of raw almonds - 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast - 1/4 cup of avocado oil - 1 tbs of lemon juice - 1/2 - 1 tsp of salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Method: add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Cauliflower gnocchi mac & cheese deserves some sort of award bc it’s legit gold and beyond easy to make. I explained it via stories, but I also have a highlight that goes over how I make the cauli gnocchi crispy! Then you would just add a slice of 🧀 to make it cheeeesy and therefore perfect🤤✨ . . . Cauliflower gnocchi mac & cheese with broccoli⏩ INGREDIENTS @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi @bragglivefoodproducts nutritional yeast Olive oil spray @violifefoods plant based cheddar slice Broccoli Sea salt . . DIRECTIONS Put gnocchi in a pan straight from the freezer on low/med heat & the top on. Once they’ve thawed out a little, add olive oil & nutritional yeast. Sauté. Put the top back on & up heat to medium. Check them every 2 ish mins, adding more olive oil & nutritional yeast until crispy. Once done, break up the cheddar slice and place on top of the gnocchi evenly and put the top back on (lower heat). Once cheese has melted, sauté and serve with broccoli (I just sautéed 🥦 in olive oil & topped with sea salt).
