Gravity Review After debris causes catastrophy to their mission, a couple astronauts have to try and figure out a way to not only make it back to Earth but to survive. Gravity is a thriller from start to finish and what makes this movie amazing to watch is the visuals. To this date, I'd say it's the most beautifully shot movie about space and it's hard to even fathom at times that none of it was actually filmed in space. The movie won 7 Oscars and they were all for visuals and editing so that goes to show just how well made this movie was. #بانجیجامپینگکیش #جاذبهکیش #gravity.club انجام بانجی جامپینگ همیشه یکی از آرزوهای من بوده، آرزوهایی که چالشی هستند و برای انجام آنها باید از ترسهایت بگذری و اگر موفق شوی پاداشت این است که انسان دیگری خواهی بود! گاهی فکر میکردم، نکند تا روی سکو بروم و ناگهان ترس غلبه کند و سر افکنده از پله ها برگردم! وقتی قضیه جدی تر شد و ثبت نام کردیم، دو روز مانده به پرش تصمیم گرفتم به جای فرار از فکر کردن به آن، دقیقا با کنترل افکارم تجربه بی نظیری خلق کنم! تئوری اش این است که بجای فکر کردن به ارتفاع بلند،ناکامی یا سرافکندگی و شکست به لحظه پایانی فکر کن که عالی پریدی و مثل تجربیات گذشته قبلی به خودت افتخار میکنی! تئوری تا عمل خیلی فرق دارد، ما با عمل کردن بزرگ میشویم و از دستاوردهای کوچک قبلی به عنوان پله ای برای بزرگتر ها استفاده میکنیم! (اینها را می‌نویسم که در زمان مورد نیاز بارها و بارها مرور کنم که چطور این دستاورد ارزشمند خلق شد؟ با همین روند میشود دستاوردهای بزرگتری خلق کرد) مراحل را تجسم میکردم، از پله ها مصمم بالا رفتن، فقط به بالا نگاه کردن، نفس عمیق کشیدن، به لذت فکر کردن! شش نفر بودیم، مربیان و پرسنل مجموعه جاذبه کیش( #gravity.club) انصافا کاربلد بودند! توضیحاتی را پایین ارایه کردند و ما شروع به بالا رفتن از پله ها کردیم! سعی میکردم طبق تجسم ها رفتار کنم، پایین را به هیچ عنوان نگاه نمی‌کردم و فقط به موفقیت فکر میکردم، حس میکردم که مهارتم در کنترل ذهن بیشتر از قبل شده و خودم را تشویق میکردم!😉 به سکو رسیدیم، مربی بالا منتظر ما بود، افراد را آنالیز میکرد، بعداً که دو نفر از ما نپرید، فهمیدم چقدر این آنالیز مهم است، اگر اولین نفر نمیپرید حتما در اراده دیگران تزلزل ایجاد میشد! او نفر اول مرا انتخاب کرد، هارنس را بست و توضیح داد به هیچ وجه جلو را نگاه نکن، دستها روی کتف مخالف (در این حالت فقط میتوان روبرو را نگاه کرد) ، فقط جلو را ببین، افکار منفی را دور کن! آرام آرام مرا جلو برد، اسم شیرجه آنجل به معنی فرشته بود، بر خلاف شیرجه در استخر که به پایین میپری، باید سعی کنی رو به جلو بپری. شمارش معکوس و پرش!😀🤗 لذت و ترس آن چند ثانیه که سقوط آزاد بود تا کشیده شدن بالا توسط طناب فنری قابل توصیف نیست، رهای رها، تمرکز ۱۰۰٪ روی پرش، حضور با تمام وجود در لحظه، ادرنالین روی هزار!😋🧐 در این دنیای مادی ما چیز مطلقی نداریم. یعنی ترس مطلق یا ایمان مطلق وجود ندارد. این یک طیف است که افراد در سر جاده (ترس) یا ته آن (ایمان) قرار دارند، افراد موفق هم میترسند
