White chicken lasagna - One of my favorite go to recipes for my family that I know everyone will enjoy. I first made this about a year ago and have always had it in rotation. Made it yesterday for the first time in a few months! - I use @cutdacarb as the lasagna sheets. I love how versatile these wraps are. The wraps hold up all the filling well and then you get the edges that get nice and crispy that just add to the meal ๐Ÿ˜ - Bechamel sauce: 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp almond flour 1 cup heavy cream Salt and pepper Melt butter in a pot, add almond flour and create a roux. Add heavy cream and salt and pepper. picaditas keto ๐Ÿคฉ - Estas picaditas surgieron por el antojo que tenรญa de picaditas de avena peroooo no habรญa avena, asรญ que se tuvo que improvisar y me encanto el resultado! *Si tienes un plan alimenticio, adapta la receta a tus porciones.* - Ingredientes: 1 y 1/2 taza de harina de almendra. 1/4 de taza de agua. 2 huevos. 1 pizca de sal. 1 pizca de pimienta. - Para acompaรฑar: Salsa de tomate casera. Queso panela. Aguacate. - Mezcla los ingredientes en un Bowl hasta que estรฉn completamente integrados. Haz bolitas y con la ayuda de papel pelรญcula, aplasta para darles forma de tortilla. *el papel pelรญcula debe llevar un poco de PAM o aceite de coco para evitar que se peguen* Retira con cuidado y pellizca las orillas de las picaditas. Precalienta un sartรฉn de teflon y de ser necesario aรฑade PAM o aceite de coco y retira excesos. Cocina las picaditas de lado y lado a fuego lento hasta que estรฉn cocidas. Now Iโ€™m always down for pasta, rice, bread, you name it. Hereโ€™s your reminder that there are no โ€œbadโ€ foods!! So eat lots of carbs when you want starting with this pad thai โ € Shrimp Pad Thai ๐Ÿœ โ € INGREDIENTS Shrimp 1 package @lotusfoods pad Thai noodles 1 bell pepper sliced 1/2 a yellow onion sliced 1/2 cup shredded carrots 1 handful chopped cashews 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 egg Sauce: 1/4 cup tamari 1/4 cup coco aminos 3 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil Juice of 1 lime โ € DIRECTIONS Cook pad Thai noodles according to directions on package In a pan over medium heat add a little bit of olive oil and cook shrimp 3-4 min on each side then remove from pan Add a little more oil and add in peppers, onions, and carrots Cook veggies for about 5 minutes until tender While veggies are cooking combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix Push veggies to sides to create a hole in the center of pan and crack egg in then quickly scramble it with spatula Add in cooked noodles and sauce mixture then mix to combine everything Top with chopped cashews and cilantro โค๏ธ
