AVOIDING OVER SNACKING 🍪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Note the “over” snacking. Let me just say this is all relative. If you are trying to loose weight, or maintain and you want to cut down on the calories, and you find that over snacking is your biggest hurdle, then read on. If you’re not trying to loose weight, or maybe trying to gain weight, then by all means completely ignore this post. Maybe give us a little like for the cheesy grin pic 😘 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Snacking is one of my favourite hobbies. But It’s easy to sit and demolish a whole share bag of buttons & a pack of biccies on an evening while watching telly. Here’s my top tips for swerving over snacking. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tip Number 1: Delay breakfast. I’ve found that if I delay my breakfast until around 11/12, then I don’t need lunch until around 2/3. Then I eat lunch instead of a share bag of buttons. This also means dinner can be later, meaning less time after dinner to have a snackathon. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tip Number 2: Find lower cal snacks: Granted, sometimes we don’t want a 10 cal jelly, we just want the real deal. But if you are trying to shift some weight, then you have to make SOME subs. Also try to buy snacks in individual bags, instead of share bags. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tip Number 3: Find a healthy alternative dessert: I bulk make sweet potato brownies for the week. Every evening, I can warm one up, Chuck some @judes low cal ice cream on top, and I have a 250 calorie but HELLA indulgent dessert! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tip Number 4: Drink up. Find a nice zero sugar squash. Sainsbury’s orange and mango is amazing! Not only are you hitting a little sweet tooth, but you are getting your water in, AND filling a hole that a snack would be residing in. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tip Number 5: DON’T AVOID INDULGENT SNACKS ALTOGETHER. When we cut out all indulgent snacks, we only want it more. You want that doughnut? Bloody well eat it, but just take the one doughnut on a plate and put the rest away. Cutting out all of anything will only mean you miss it so much that you need to engulf 2 packs in one sitting. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If anyone wants me to do a video on my favourite low cal snacks, let me know in the comments 🍿 Happy Chewsday 👀 too much? 🤪

I am EXTREMELY competitive, I always have been. I absolutely hated it when I was a kid and someone wanted to play something without keeping score. I never understood how that was fun. 😂🤷‍♀️Which is a big reason why I fell in love with @crossfit I was able to find a way to fuel that competitive side! So there obviously haven’t been any competitions going on right now, so me and @beaujensen1 decided to have a head to head battle the last few weeks. Best out of 11 workouts! And if I won.. I got a new paddleboard!!! 😉 Shoutout to Beau for crushing!! 💪and really making me work for it! 😅 I barely got him 6-5 with only a 20 second lead on that last workout. It was seriously such a fun push!! Now if you need me this summer, you’ll know where to find me. 🏄‍♀️☀️😏

. Martedì 26 Giugno, ritorno in palestra. Inutile dirvi il sollievo provato. Primo allenamento di stagione si può dire 🤣 Nonostante io mi sia allenata parecchio, seppur in quarantena, un po’ ho perso, devo ammetterlo, per quanto se ne possa dire, ciò che è possibile fare in palestra, non è poi del tutto possibile con un home workout. Si può restare in forma..ma o spendete tanti soldi per avere un’ attrezzatura decente, o iscrivetevi in palestra, cosa che consiglio sempre, anche alle ragazze che seguo. Ovviamente con il supporto di un personal trainer non ad cazzum scusate la terminologia ☺️ Poi ragazze è un modo per staccare da tutto, il fatto di uscire da casa, di recarsi in un altro luogo per allenarsi, a me rende libera e spensierata.. START YOUR DAY LIKE THIS ❤️✨ ———————- 🔸Je pense que le meilleur moyen de commencer votre semaine c’est de vous faire des pancakes 🥞N’est ce pas ?! 😬 Allé je vous partage ma recette, ultra rapide et vraiment simple à réaliser 👩🏼‍🍳 ———————- ➡️ 3 œufs 🥚 / 125 gr de farine d’orge mondé ou farine d’épeautre / 1 sachet de poudre à lever / lait végétal 🥛 / 3 cas de sucre de coco 🥥 / huile de coco ———————- 〰️ Battre les œufs avec la farine, le sucre de coco et la poudre à lever puis ajouter petit à petit le lait végétal de façon à avoir une pâte un peu plus épaisse qu’une pâte à crêpes 🥣 La suite vous la connaissez ...
