I used my brownie cookie recipe, but didn’t flatten them sooo they’re extra fluffy & fudgy ♡ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Brownie Bites: i n g r e d i e n t s- 1 cup almond/cashew/pecan flour 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 2 tbsp. almond milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk. 3. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until everything is well combined {it might look like you need more liquid at first, but keep stirring and use your hands at the end!} 4. Roll dough into 10-12 bites & bake for 8 minutes! {I topped mine with almond butter + coconut} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Und als Resultat findet sich dieser Post, zwischen rustikalen Pfännchen und herzhafter Hausmannskost, wieder. Umso gespannter bin ich auf eure Reaktionen! Wird die Mehrzahl meiner treuen Community einen Käsekuchen boykottieren? Oder werde ich euch zum Zubereiten motivieren? Ich bin gespannt… Fakt ist, das dies wohl das einfachste und idiotensicherste, leckerste Käsekuchen Rezept der Welt ist! Viel Spass beim Backen: . ZUTATEN: 20cm Kuchenform Kuchenboden * 230g Mehl * 100g Zucker * 1 Tüte Zitronenabrieb * 8 g Backpulver * 120g vegane Butter, kalt Käsekuchen * 400g veganer Quark * 70g Zucker * 40g vanille Pudding, (Pulver) * 80ml Soja Cuisine * 20ml Saft einer Zitrone (ca. 1/2 Zitrone) * 100g vegane Butter, geschmolzen TOPPING * Frische Erdbeeren . ZUEREITUNG 1️⃣Heize deinen Backofen auf 180 vor 2️⃣Lege nun den Boden deiner Springform mit Backpapier aus und fette die Ränder ein wenig ein. 3️⃣Vermenge Mehl, Zucker, Zitronenabrieb und Backpulver gut miteinander. Gebe die Butter hinzu und verknete alles zu einem Teig. 4️⃣Nun kannst du den Teig in deine Form drücken. Vergiss dabei nicht die Ränder zu bilden. (Stelle den Teig in den Kühlschrank) 5️⃣Vermenge alle Zutaten für den Käsekuchen in einer Schüssel und rühre die Masse mit einem Handmixer cremig. 6️⃣Fülle sie in deine Kuchenform und streiche die Masse glatt. Backe den Kuchen für ca. 60 - 70 Min. Und lasse ihn danach im Ofen auskühlen. . Hey guys, Lets keep it simple and brief: here comes the easiest, most delicious, vegan Cheesecake recipe ever. ENJOY . The devil is in the detail 🔎 A lot of people want the answers to health to be clear cut, definitive. Nutrition is one of the most complicated subjects. It requires critical thinking and context based decisions. I am sharing my friend @ancestralhealthguy epic post — Carbs bad, fat good, or fat bad, carbs good ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But the truth is, it’s never that simple ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Carbs aren't causing the obesity epidemic. it’s the mixture of processed fats & processed carbs together. ⁣⁣ If you look at a fast food meal, it’s not just the soda and processed carbs, it’s everything being fried in bad fats like vegetable oils ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s the mixture of bad carbs and bad fats together. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And then you have the meat which is from a factory farm. Cows not being fed on pasture for a healthy amount of time ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ These details matter: ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Are you consuming healthy fats like butter, extra virgin olive oil, ghee, lard & tallow ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Are you consuming healthy whole carbs like seasonal vegetables, raw honey, seasonal fruits & raw milk ⁣⁣with little pesticides ⁣⁣ Are you consuming meat from healthy, happy animals raised on pasture that haven’t been given antibiotic or hormone injections ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The devil is in the details, and it’s these details that matter ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Some people don’t do well with any kind of high carb food. Some people don’t do well with high fat foods. Some people don’t do well on high protein diets ⁣ ⁣ That doesn’t mean carbs are bad or that fat is bad or that protein is bad The answers to health depend a lot on context ☝🏼 Also, It’s very rare to find the trio of macronutrients combined in one meal. This is rarely seen in nature. This influences the randle cycle, aka glucose fatty acid cycle - which is the inability to process both metabolic fuel sources at the same time leading to inflammation essentially. ⁣— Instead of listening to keyboard gurus. Pad See Ew by @alexafuelednaturally 😋 A stir-fried spicy noodle recipe to try out! ​⠀⠀ ​Vegan Pad See Ew ⠀⠀ Serves 4 ⠀⠀ 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced ⠀⠀ 3 cloves garlic⠀⠀ 8 ounces broccolini, chopped ⠀⠀ 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced⠀⠀ 1 lb fresh rice noodles (found in asian market) OR 1 lb dry rice noodles⠀⠀ 1 tbsp rice vinegar ⠀⠀ 1 tbsp cane sugar or pure maple syrup⠀⠀ 5 tbsp soy sauce ⠀⠀ 1 1/2 tbsp sriracha⠀⠀ 1-2 tsp chili pepper flakes (depending of preference of heat!)⠀⠀ 8 ounces broccolini ⠀⠀ 2 tsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Method: ⠀⠀ 1.If you’re not using fresh noodles and instead using dry rice noodles prepare the noodles according to packet instructions.⠀⠀ 2. Meanwhile mince the garlic and thinly slice the onion. Bring a wok or large pan on medium heat. Add the oil then add the garlic and onion and sauté for 4 minutes then add thinly sliced bell pepper and chopped broccolini. Sauté for 5-7 minutes. Add the chili pepper flakes and stir.⠀⠀ 3. Add the noodles to the vegetables and mix…the noodles should soften after 2-3 minutes. ⠀⠀ 4. To a small bowl combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sriracha. Mix together then pour over the noodles. Fold gently to combine, for the sauce to coat the noodles evenly and to caramelize. Letting cook for 4-5 minutes.⠀⠀ 5.
