What am I doing to stay on track at the moment? ✮ Walks 👣 - every day for at least 1 hr. In the morning when I can, so I don’t have it hanging over me for the rest of the day. Also a firm believer in the concept of ‘get it done before your brain figures out what’s going on’ 🤣 realistically what would you be doing at home during that hour anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️ so unless you’ve been told not to go out for health reasons...get it done 🙌🏼☀️(stay away from other people ofc) ✮ Workouts 💪🏼 - sticking as closely to my normal training as I can & substituting exercises that I can’t do at home. Higher reps for some exercises due to lower weight. ✮ Food 🍽 - Keeping protein high & having my first meal later in the day, which leaves more free cals for the evening when I’m more prone to snacking. I track EVERYTHING. By not tracking honestly/consistently you’re actually screwing yourself because you might be able to eat more than you think & you’ll not know for sure unless you’re honest 😆 ✮ Snacks 🍬 - Setting cals aside for snacks every evening. I’ve deliberately bought the ones in little mini snack sizes to help with portion control rather than munch through a full share bag, which is probs what I would do 👀 ✮ Tea ☕️ - normal tea, fruit tea, chamomile tea 😅 to help minimise boredom eating. I never normally drink tea but I find this is helping me majorly in the evenings. ✮ Weekly check ins 📝 - (with myself 💁🏻‍♀️) I take my weight a few times per week, record & then at the end of the week review my average weight & measurements in line with food+activity, amongst other things; to see what’s happened, where I’m at and if I need to make any changes - it’s such a simple concept but I highly recommend. Changes week to week will likely be minimal, so this way you can quickly correct behaviours if it appears that they’re setting you back in the wrong direction. ✮ This is the ultimate test of discipline & if you actually give a shit what happens to your body you need to be keeping tabs👀 ✮ Drop your tips below ☺️⬇️ ✮ (P.s.
